"Great location for visiting the University. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was good. Great restaurants nearby. The room had a few shortcomings which were not expected in a high quality hotel eg. the pillows, bathroom layout and bathtub, clothing storage, sound from a neighboring room. We didn’t utilize the pool or other amenities because we were there to see the campus. On balance the hotel was acceptable although we would probably not stay there again if there were other options."

"Very disappointed. The room would not cool down even at 60 degrees and remained uncomfortably hot. We also found a large dead cockroach in the cabinet. This raised serious concerns about cleanliness and overall maintenance."

"The room was unacceptably dirty and smelled like weed. They offered another room which was equally dirty and had an entrance door that looked broken. The photos are grossly misrepresenting the actual state of this hotel. I left without staying the night, and asked for a refund which is still not delivered. AVOID."

"It could use some updating, but that’s not as important as other things. It was clean and spacious. Most outstanding was staff’s wonderful attitude and helpfulness! I’ve stayed in many hotels in my lifetime but never experienced staff as cheerful and kind."

"My room was clean. Some cleaning supplies was left in there on the counter but that was fine. However my room was extremely hot, I didn't get any sleep that night because of that. I turn the air down some more it still was hot. Other than that! It was fine."
