If you want a 5 star hotel experience stay here. From the moment we arrived our every need was looked after. Paula wasn’t feeling too well one morning and Benny in the dining room went out of his way getting herbal drinks for her and even sending some to our room that night. Thomas and Jeremy and the staff at the front desk made sure we knew where we were going and on our return would have drinks ready for us , much appreciated in the heat. A big thank you to all the staff.

It's really convenient, can walk to most of the local attractions, markets, Pub Street etc.

Excellent hotel with amazing employees. They truly made our stay special, we wish we could stay there much longer.

Staff are brilliant. I was there for 2 weeks and they made me feel very welcome and they always asked how my day was etc. the hotel is right in the old quarter and was a perfect base. The breakfast is in a sister hotel only 2 minutes walk away at my pace . I didn't really eat there much. But it was basic but ok . The room is cleaned every day. 2 bottles of water in the fridge every time. I was happy here.

As my first time in a 5-star resort/hotel, I wasn't sure what to expect. What I received, however, completely blew me away. We stayed for 2 weeks. The staff is super friendly and attentive, without being excessive. The breakfast had a lot of variety with daily chefs preparing in front of you rather than out of view in a kitchen, and everything was always fresh. I was on a business trip and everything was great - clean, very friendly and helpful staff. I needed a late check out as I was playing golf in the morning and no problem

Great hotel, I dropped it a star because of the construction - and of course, I got the room literally facing the construction site (I’m convinced this stuff always happens to me!) the staff were 10/10 though. Room was gorgeous. I might be harsh dropping it a star, because everything was amazing apart from the construction which isn’t their fault - just book a room on the other side if possible
