"Beautiful hotel which looks fabulous as soon as you walk in. The staff are very guest focus and very attentive. The express lift is a delight and there are 6 lifts so even at busy times your wait for a lift is minimal. Rooms are very well appointed. Beds are very comfy but pillows could be a bit firmer. Concierge staff are really informative and helpful. The courtesy shuttle is a great way to start journeys from the hotel but only runs from 11:00 to 20:00 daily which is a bit limiting. "

"Location, location, location Fabulous hotel right I the middle of the city. Next door to Raffles and at one end of Orchard Road. There is a massive Mall (Raffles City) opposite where you can buy anything that you may need. It’s within five minutes of the underground system and less than a fifteen minute stroll to all the major attractions. The hotel Itself is very clean and modern with everything that you need to make your stay comfortable. The staff were amazing. Leah even recommended a curry house in the suburbs was was wonderful. He made sure to chat with us whenever he saw us and made us feel Even more welcomed. We will stay at the Carlton if we’re ever back in Singapore. Why stay anywhere else when it has everything you need. "

"We stayed here twice on our three week vacation in Thailand. I intentionally didn’t book a hotel the last few days of the trip to give us flexibility, but we enjoyed our first stay here so much we decided to spend the last few days here too. The rooms are very nice and very clean. Front desk and bellman staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We made use of the facilities, including the pool, kids game room, hot tubs, steam room, and sauna. Everything was very clean and tidy and well maintained. On the first stay, we had a rental car and the hotel offered free, secure parking in their garage. On the second stay, we didn’t have a car but the hotel has a free shuttle to the nearby Thong Lo (Thonglor) BTS station. We also found the businesses in the vicinity of the property to be excellent (hair salons, bars, restaurants, massage facilities). I hope to stay here again if we go back to Bangkok. "
