"Great place to stay close to Austin Airport."

"Such a disappointment. The room had an unpleasant odor with water present on the floor. I notified the desk clerk and invited her to investigate the matter. She declined to come to the room, but she indicated that she was aware of the source of the wet floor, therefore, I can't understand why she allowed the room to be available. She reassigned me to another room only to find that it had no soap. Upon my return to her desk to request soap she appeared annoyed and asked me if the room clean? She provided the soap. I requested a blanket which she stated that the blankets were currently being cleaned. I had to make several trips to the desk before I was finally provided a blanket. Never again for me..."

"Staff was wonderful & helpful. Unfortunately my floor wasn’t swept or mopped prior to my arrival. The previous guest must have had a dog because there was hair everywhere. Windows were completely sealed shut which meant the only air coming in was through at AC, Triggering Allergies."

"They didn’t have Kleenex in room . Also didn’t have enough fruits for breakfast. Very bad smell in lobby on 3 rd floor. Never had this bad experience before. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone."
