New England charm, lovely outlook towards the yacht marina. Ten minutes walk from Hyannis main street. We were made to feel most welcome.

A lovely family run business and super friendly and helpful.

Room was spacious and nice, location great, parking easy and plenty of space, service good. Breakfast buffet below standard - not enough options . Price of the hotel too high but obviously holiday season makes this possible. Internet weak outside the room.

We really enjoyed our stay . The Hotel was so clean and the room was very spacious. Definitely would recommend it and would stay again if in the vicinity.
