"Excellent location, very walkable to all attractions and dining. The rooms are very pleasant with a great architectural style mirroring the city of Mardin. The staff is very helpful and highly professional, ( Mehmet was amazing), typical Turkish breakfast served in a beautiful veranda. In addition they transported us to the airport with a very fair price. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting this gem town. "

"A clean, lovely hotel in a convenient spot. The staff were very helpful including walking me to the taxi stand on leaving. The room was a bit small but it served the purpose. Breakfast was good, I particularly welcomed having watermelon!. I would recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Centrally located, very walkable. The room is well equipped. Cleaning can be improved a bit (I saw some dust under the bed). Wifi works on the ground floor only. Free tea/coffee with biscuits available near the reception though it would be nice if they offered a proper breakfast. But all in all it's a good deal. This is the second time I stayed at this hotel :) "

"For us it was a nice place as presented with a market about 200 my away. Room was large with most expected facilities. Good breakfast, free. No dining but plenty of places around. More desk staff with better English could help but Koray was great at helping us solve a Teck issue."
