"We like everything! Location, room view, hotel was easy to navigate. The staff were all very helpful. Me and my husband love the breakfast too, a lot of varieties! Room furnitures were a little outdated but the room was so clean!"

"Stayed here for 10 days with my wife and 2 daughters and we had a great time. Room was a great size and we all slept comfortably. Breakfast everyday was good and freshly made. Both pools where amazing both my daughters spent hours in both. Me and my wife loved the sauna and jacuzzi. Highly recommend since its in a great spot and near everything. Will definitely saty here again."

"The property was very quiet and relaxing, great for a couples getaway. Everything was onsite you really didn’t need to leave for anything. The rooms were clean only concern I had was that it seemed that the air wasn’t working properly. It wasn’t hot enough to complain but it wasn’t that cool either. I would stay here again though everyone was so helpful!"

"Parking in the hotel parking lot was a fair price $5.00/day. The hotel is nice, but needs some updating, repairs, painting. The carpet in the room was very moist and sticky. They either just shampooed it and it wasn't dry or they have used too much shampoo detergent which makes it sticky. I usually go barefoot, but couldn't in the room. Coffee downstairs in the lobby is free, but they do have a made to order breakfast which looked good. There is also a restaurant in the lobby if yiu don't want to go out. The gym and pool are nice and it is an 8 minute walk to the beach, or you can get a ride on the gold cart shuttle to and from. Had a good stay, definitely recommended a balcony room."

"Wow, amazing location on South Beach. Every single staff member was so happy and excited to greet you, meet you genuinely wanted to know what you were interested in sharing. Everywhere you went they knew your names and addressed always so respectfully. The amenities were outstanding and above the best we seen. They advertise Hospitality is their thing. Their hospitality made everyone else seem hostility. Not really but it was the best hospitality we ever had."
