"This is a gorgeous hotel and the staff is amazing. Only thing I would note is that house cleaning didn’t come to set the beds are provided clean towels. I understand this due to the size of the property. This hotel is a one stop shop with everything you need in one place. Pool is gorgeous, gym is clean, and food is great too."

"I stayed in the maxine building and its was not as expected, I woke up to roaches in my room and the bathroom, I had to be moved to the main building the Catalina where I expected to stay originally the phones weren’t working it took them forever to bring us wash cloths it’s wasn’t horrible however it wasn’t worth the money spent the room in the Catalina was a bit better no roaches obviously and the sheets were a bit better quality. I would come back however I’d like to avoid the Maxine building."

"Our room was very large. Three bed and three full baths easily fit our family of five. We were in building 2 which was a 10 minute walk from the pools, but outside of that everything was excellent with our stay."

"My room was not clean. Bathroom was dirty thank goodness I was only there for a couple hours. If you’re on a budget and travel with a lot of family members, this might work for you."

"The staff were nice. They were short staffed. The pool and hot tubs were overcrowded or not working. Kids not being watched ,under age. Under age kids drinking and vaping at the pool and hot tubs."

"We stayed at the Sheraton Vistana for one night but we wish we could have stayed longer! The unit we stayed in was very clean and had a water view and was close to the pool. Everything we could have asked for was provided upon arrival including laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, coffee, etc. This location is fairly close to Disney Springs. The staff were super friendly, as well!"

"Our family stayed at the two bedroom suite. It gave privacy to each room while still being easily accessible to our family to come I and out of room. Very clean. Outside of the hotel the supermarket, and dining were in a reasonably good driving distance. Would stay again."
