"Hi - When we arrived our room was not ready and we had to wait until 4:30 - was supposed to be ready at 4:00 pm. The room was not clean. The tv must have been broken and it was replaced with a 24 inch tv. It was old and not clean. Would not recommend staying here."

"Misleading listing I booked this expecting a normal hotel/resort. It turned out to be a timeshare-style property, which I didn’t mind—but it should have been disclosed upfront. I called ahead to confirm a late arrival and was told my room would be ready. When I got there around 10–10:30 PM, the property was clearly at capacity. After waiting, I was told there was no room ready—even though I had just confirmed it. What really bothered me is they charged a $150 deposit before confirming a room was actually available. After another delay, they found a room—but it wasn’t what I booked. I reserved a large two-bedroom unit and instead got two separate one-bedroom units connected by a shared entry. They also said the room was recently remodeled. I don’t believe that—there was visible mold in the toilet. I even have photos. The bed was comfortable, but I was so exhausted it’s hard to judge fairly. Right after check-in, we were directed elsewhere for a parking pass and “gifts,” which felt like a timeshare pitch. I declined. The next day, I raised the issues with a different staff member. Everyone was polite, but there was no real resolution—I was told to take it up with Expedia. We paid for two nights but lost a big portion of the first day due to the delayed check-in. The room was livable but very basic—minimal towels, toiletries, and supplies. Overall: misleading listing, no room ready after confirmation, deposit charged without availability, and cleanliness issues."

"I’ve stayed at this property many times before as a local. I love coming to use the Internet, the Wi-Fi or just to get away for the night this time I knew I booked a room with a balcony corner. I did get a corner room, but it surely was not a balcony very disappointed by that also too walking to my room in front of the door just greeted me with nothing but trash, so there’s no housekeepers or house men that are cleaning the floors at night or during the day even inside of the elevators all around the corner of it no one decided to do a deep clean of it or maybe just caulk around it so there’s no space in between where all of that dirt and debris to get caught really disappointed this time you’re supposed to be my home away from home fix it Marriott"

"The location was spectacular! You essentially don't need to leave, with 3 restaurants, 2 pools, one roof top and rooftop sun lounging! I enjoyed an Ocean view to top things off. The room was lovely, even though, small, it was comfortable.The staff were incredibly friendly and accomodating. Plus it is a beutiful art deco building! The area is very walkable."

"While we were only there for 1 night, it was a great place to stay. The rooms are amazing and it was perfect for any family. Both the bed and sofabed were amazingly comfortable. The ONLY downside is if you like a firmer pillow, bring one as I felt they were almost too soft."

"Late check in…room wasn’t ready 6:30 pm. Floor in room was gross. Front desk accused me of stealing and after the fact refuse to have accountability. Zero stars do not recommend. Tried to call and complain Shariece was also very rude(recorded the call). I will never stay here again."
