"My grandparents had a wonderful stay at this guest house. The staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful towards my grandparents, taking the time to understand and accommodate their needs. Their kindness and care really made a difference and helped them feel comfortable and well looked after. My grandma especially said, “The staff were very charming! ” — which says it all. 😊 Thank you to the whole team for making their stay so welcoming and enjoyable. The Inn on the Lake Hotel

"It’s a bit of a mixed bag, the hotel has such a great setting on the lakeside and was great for a meal and drink in the sunshine. Inside however the rooms are clean but very tired and dated. We booked a Bridal room which had a four poster bed that was very small and made some very loud noises if you moved or turned over while sleeping, not particularly romantic. The decor is dated and the bathroom was well past its best. We had a meal on the terrace which was good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was very busy with orders for hot food taken at the table however on the second day no one came to ask if we wanted anything from the cooked menu so I had toast. Given the price it’s decent value for money and we would book again but with a proper bed."
