"Terrible experience at this hotel ! I booked it on Expedia , showing the name “ hiyes” and they messaged me “ we are in front of the train station. 6F. When I got there, there was no hotel named “ Hiyes”, because they listed the Chinese name there. I called the hotel, the girl who picked up the phone was so rude!
