"I liked the clean room and staff friendliness. Breakfast was fantastic with vegetarian options. However I would have preferred if the hotel provided face towels and extra pillows. Stayed two nts."

"Sorry to say, the service at this property was really abysmal. Staff were not friendly at all (with the exception of one young lady). When we asked them for recommendations for best chicken rice in the area, they responded 'all the same, they're all good.' and when we asked them for directions to a certain area, they very were very snappy and said 'just take a taxi.' Mind you, there was no one else at the counter and no long lines. The cleaning staff were great though. One cleaner heard us asking and gave us a good recommendation for chicken rice, but our encounter with the counter service really did sour our experience overall. "
