When we arrived we were unable to get into the entrance door as the code we had did not work and there was no one to help. After a lot of searching we finally found support online, left messages at an unattended mailbox and sat for 2 hours in front of the building after having been on the road for 6+ hours. "Great stay. Staff was attentive, amenities were great. Only cons were no hot water in the kitchen sink and I don’t think the showers were cleaned during my 4 night stay. Was a great location with a lot of coffee shops and quick food/metro access."

"I had such a great stay here! Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, and nice. The hostel was very clean, comfortable, and had a really good atmosphere. The location was amazing!! you’re close to the beach, Belmont Park, and plenty of great places to eat, so there’s always something to do nearby. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Mission Beach. I would happily stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Steep stairs at entry to arrive to floor level rooms. Challenging with luggage and for the disabled. Front door access code was changed next day without notice. I waited outside for over 30 minutes with groceries before I received updated access code. Clean property and amenities. Great bed. Walking distance to nightlife, 7-11, public transport and more"
