Clean and elegant. Staff was always friendly and helpful. There was just one thing I did not like was the parking structure. Did self park once we got there but did valet after. Too many compacts spaces that were taken up but SUV/Trucks

Awesome property! Friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to help with a problem! Plan to stay here every Disney trip!

The property itself is unique as there are two big towers with 15 or so floor; the location and hotel are exquisite. There are two restaurants on the premises, and we tried only one this time, as the other seemed very busy and required a reservation. The hotel grounds are covered by nice gardens and paths to take little walks. The parking was very crowded, the spaces seemed small as there were many hotel guests who double parked, and for $38 per day, the parking should be regulated a little more. Our room was on the 14th floor, so the whole ambience of our stay was lovely as we had a high and beautiful downtown S.D. skyline view. I would stay at this hotel again and would highly recommend this hotel and its amenities.

Excellent location and wonderful building/interior

I have stayed here for years and this was the first time I was truly disappointed. The rooms were outdated, like from the 1970’s. The shower heads were low that at 5’6 I had to bend down to shampoo my hair. The A/C was not cool and there was a sewer smell the entire time. It was close to a fire department and I was woken up multiple times during the night. We forgot items in the room and called before check out time but they “couldn’t find them”. I am sad to say we will be finding a new place to stay from here on out.

I like that it was near to the Hollywood sites and also clean. the staff was great
