"We loved this resort! We chose it because we did LegoLand for my sons third birthday and it was a blast, the resort is a very short walk to the theme park, they had 2 pools, a hot tub, basketball court, arcade, and so much more!! The staff was super nice and accommodating, we asked for an early check in about a week before our stay, they told us they couldn’t promise anything but that whenever we arrived they would give us a key card to do whatever we wanted in the hotel! And it didn’t matter anyways because we arrived around 2:45pm and our room was ready! The elevator in the villa we were staying in was out of order, which was a pain since we were on the top floor and staying 5 nights so we had quite a bit of luggage but they did wave our resort fee due to the inconvenience so that was very nice. The only thing I would say would be my complaint is only having one smoking section, and it being completely on the other side of the resort from where we were staying, but other than that we had an amazing time and would definitely book again!"
