"Te stay was great and very convenient in terms of proximity to Disneyland. The shuttle service to the parks is right on the property; staff were friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is we were in a handicap accessible room which is fine but the set up of the shower and the shower curtain made the floor very wet & slippery. We had to ask for extra towels twice due to how wet the floor got. This seems hazardous for any guest staying in the room. The water sprays out and gets all over the floor. Other than that, great location & hotel."

"The 2nd floor has a different elevator from the other floors so you have to go to the first floor then down the hall and back in an other elevator in order to go to the breakfast room on the 5th floor"
