"Great spot to stay in middle of Madrid, easy walking access to lots of different areas. The hotel was clean and staff were lovely. My room, although on the small side, was perfect for a solo traveler, and I was spending most of my time outside of the room enjoying Madrid. My only thing to mention was I could hear a fair bit of hallway noise at night, so perhaps ask for a room away from the elevator if you're a light sleeper."

"Staff was wonderful couldn’t have been better. The restaurant was fantastic. Really wonderful dinner there. Unfortunately the protesters were in the Square so we didn’t get the full view. That was not the hotels fault. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Madrid is a busy night life town. If you are not used to hearing sirens all night, Madrid is not the place to stay. On the top floor, we had a beautiful room with private bathroom in this hostel hotel, but the street but the noise was loud. Perfectly situated next to the train station if you're relying on train transportation. The staff was wwrm, inviting and super helpful!"

"The place works for a night stay when in transit through Barajas. Now, the amenities claimed to improve stays are not friendly. For example, the hotel claims to have a shuttle to the airport, which sounds convenient, but you need to be at the door 45 minutes earlier to receive a ticket. If I want to leave at 6 am and need to be downstairs at 5:45 am I am better off taking a taxi instead, which is what I ended up doing. So, the shuttle service sounds magnificent, but doesn't work in practice. The hotel was OK, but they are aiming for this "Alice in Wonderland" theme that is poorly achieved, with the final result just looking tacky and cheap. The hotel restaurant serves burger... I am traveling from the US, burgers is the last thing I am looking for in Spain. The local food excels! No need to try to reinvent the wheel here."
