Personnel is nice, but need to learn English language, since not whole world speaks Italian, i needed a place to stay for a decent price, sheets are clean, water is hot, and the rooms are tidy, this is all i needed. The place i had meeting @ was only 1,2 km away.

Good value for money. Spacious room with all you need. Free parking, modest breakfast included. I wouldn’t mention pool in the description as it out of use. It takes 25 stops - 30 min to the Duomo by tram #14.
