Very nice big, modern room with quality A/C, a safe, kettle and TV. Bathroom was nice with a good rainfall shower head and hairdryer. Staff are friendly and the breakfast is good. 5 minute walk to the metro and easy to get around the city from here.

Hotel is relatively new. Was visiting relatives so very convenient. Is a 15 min walk to metro and 20 mins to Cathedral. There is a Eurocity supermarket 2 doors along, McDonald’s a block away along with some restaurants and other supermarkets. Caught taxi to central station about a half hour drive . Would stay again.

The property was new and very clean, they even have water machine at every corner of the floor to fill up your bottle. Polite staff and everyone is very nice. The only downside is its location cause we had to walk 1 km on foot to get to the metro station but besides that it was a lovely stay

Positives: Nice room design and very good WiFi connection, will clean your room everyday to a very good standard. Cons: No guarantee that you’ll be able to check in by 15:00 (had to wait almost an extra hour), can’t change the temperature in the room and on many occasions it was too hot for us, some staff came across as quite rude. And collectively we didn’t go much on their breakfast in the morning so we only had it once. It wouldn’t be our first choice to stay again should we return to Milan but there were positives to this place and I’m very confident there’s much worse hospitality.

The hotel was lovely, well kept, very clean.Staff were friendly and room was very comfortable and had everything I need. Breakfast was very nice. The hotel was close to where I was working,so it was convenient for me, but for tourists it is not central.

Very pleasant lady at check in desk (Francesca??). Very helpful and willing to offer suggestions. Pleasant lady in kitchen (during the weekdays not the one during Saturday 29 March, 2025). She was not very pleasant and was dismissive). Clean rooms, spacious, good breakfast variety as well.
