Beautiful North Fork 3-Bedroom Home Steps Away from a Private Sandy Bay

Beautiful vacation home in the Bay Haven community of Southold. The house is on a fully landscaped property of over a third of an acre, steps away from the community's private sandy bay beach, which may be used by renters. The three-bedroom house, which has central air conditioning, is ideal for a small family or one or two couples, and can sleep up to 6 people. It has a master bedroom with a queen bed, and two additional bedrooms with double beds in each, two full bathrooms, with one en suite in master bedroom, a downstairs bathroom/powder room, family room with skylight, kitchen, living room, full dining room, laundry room with washer/dryer, a covered front porch with seating, and a large rear deck with dining table, umbrella, and barbecue.Three bicycles are available and all beach chairs and umbrellas. The house is minutes away from convenient shopping, beautiful beaches, great restaurants and gorgeous vineyards.

Cozy surroundings and a lovely home to visit

This charming home was nicely appointed and the owner was personable as he offered suggestions as to how we might enhance our two week visit. The home was steps away from the beach and the neighbors were friendly. The house was quite clean- something very important to us -the rear deck with its BBQ was a delight to sit and enjoy a morning coffee. Although we did not cook dinner at the house, all condiments and food cooking basic condiments were in the cupboard and accessible. The North Fork did not disappoint us a bit- we ate our way through various culinary delights for the entire two weeks- the restaurants were abundant and excellent. Definitely would return- had a great stay!
