  • Just steps from a private sandy beach with a beautiful view across the Peconic Bay to Sag Harbor and perfect sunsets. House is equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach games, kayaks, paddleboard, and rafts. Everything you need for a perfect day at the beach!

    After the beach, take a soak and relax in a six-person hot tub and enjoy a hot shower outside under the stars, while the kids have fun in the basement game room with a 75'' screen TV, Xbox, Foosball, Ping Pong, Darts, and Golden Tee-Bowling Arcade Machine.

    Have a BBQ on our home's huge back deck with a 9’ fire pit table and outdoor seating while viewing the scenic pond with daily visits from a family of swans.
