"What a gem! This property was absolutely perfect for our Boothbay Harbor fall getaway! The house was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! The owners were so accommodating and attentive to any and all of our needs. A perfect place to explore the region from...and then go back and enjoy the beautiful views from the deck and evening sunsets! And while this guest cottage is located steps away from the main house, the owners never intruded on our privacy or made us feel we were being watched. The Spruce Point Inn next door offers excellent dining options and beautiful vistas as well! Loved the location away from the hustle and bustle of the Harbor crowds but close enough to a partake in all that Midcoast Maine has to offer."

"Spectacular views from this comfortable and well equipped beach house. Great kitchen, beds were fine and plenty of space for the nine of us. I would go back in a heartbeat, but not until the massive construction job next door is done. Construction noise started first thing on Monday morning and went on till dark every day. Woke to the sound of blessed silence on Saturday and realized how disruptive the noise was."

"My extended family had a wonderful week at On the Rocks. It had a cozy kitchen dining area with a deck/view to die for. Yet there was ample spaces for a large family to find some peaceful spaces . Somehow time became very slow and we all relaxed. Right next to Reid state park with great sandy beaches and tidal flats for clamming. While some of the windows didn't have screens there were plenty of others that did. The little things didn't matter- the view and the vibe was what made our stay."

"What an amazing view from the very generous screened in porch! Right on the water, looking east toward Squirrel Island and the bay. Great location! There was a bit of a glitch checking in but Ohana, both from HI and local were back with us within 5 minutes to fix the problem. Can't say enough about the level of service and responsiveness from Ohana and the property owner. The house has a bit of a strange floor plan but it worked for us. Only suggestions: the sofa is pretty uncomfortable and the TV is too small to really enjoy. But overall, we really loved our 2 week stay at this house. Oh, and don't miss having at least one dinner at the Newagen Inn. The food was excellent!"
