"We felt extremely unsafe as there is not a 24 hour reception which meant anyone could enter the building. A few occasions we saw homeless and intoxicated people walking around the building and using amenities who were clearly not guests of the building."

"This place is a dump. No furniture in the room other than the bed. The carpet had rips in it. It was a none smoking room that had very recently been a smoking room and smelled horrible. No water glasses. It took three attempts to get the key to work. If I hadn't checked in as late as I did I would have found another place. I left before sunup. "
