"We're still waiting to get credited for the room. We never stayed in. You put us in the first room with broken air-conditioning, so you moved us to the second room, that had a broken lock on the door, phone that did not work, Tv that did not work. And we were only in that room five minutes. We left went down to the desk, told the young lady we were leaving. She said she would note to give us a refund. We contacted Expedia to get a refund. Haven't heard anything yet. Oh yeah, not to mention your emergency exit was locked. This was ridiculous. We did not feel safe. There was only one door available to leave the property. If there was a fire on our side of the building, we would've not made it. Please refund my money."
