"My only real complaint was that there were several long strands of hair in the shower when I arrived, that seemed to have fallen through the cracks during cleaning. I had to clean them up myself. Also, in the King Suite, it's a little annoying that there isn't a freely available outlet for charging a phone by the bed. I had to reach behind the bed and unplug the alarm clock to use its outlet."
