"The room was wonderful and well decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Hallways and entire facility smelled clean and fresh. Restaurant in lobby was wonderful. Pool, hottub were excelent and clean...dry sauna was an added bonus.. Would highly recommend. location to Downtown hamilton and dundas was perfect away from busy traffic."

"Front desk staff lovely and helpful. Parking is an issue. Parking garage next door to hotel, across dark alley full of drug users. Garage is beyond dicey. Dark and insecure. Homeless and criminals walking through constantly. "

"It was dirty, the shower was gross and had old hair in it, the carpet had crumbs everywhere, the sink had dirt in it, there were people knocking on the glass door in the morning, and the key cards were not working well, glitching and gave us trouble getting back into our room. it was just not a pleasant stay. Definitely need to change these things and have better security because having people roaming around knocking on the doors is quite scary. "
