"Stay away!! I did not feel safe, front desk staff made me feel so uncomfortable and unsafe! If I could give zero stars I would. I'm writing this review after midnight while at the hotel because I cannot sleep and feel threatened. I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I paid for parking but still received a ticket during my stay. When I brought this to the front desk’s attention, I was told it was due to an alleged error on the vehicle information sheet I was asked to fill out — they claimed I wrote a “9” instead of a “4” for my license plate. I can understand how a “4” might have been misread as a “9,” but if there was any uncertainty, this could have easily been clarified. What was most concerning was how the situation was handled. Instead of a simple apology or effort to resolve the issue, the staff member I spoke with, Estaban, was dismissive and insisted I was at fault. I would have been completely satisfied if they had simply acknowledged the misunderstanding and apologized so we could move on. I later spoke with a manager, who advised that they were not directly responsible for parking tickets but said they would email the appropriate party and follow up with me. I did not receive any follow-up. Expedia also said they would follow up but never heard back for a refund. Staff members were rude and yelled at me I felt unsafe"

"Seemed to be pretty clean. Breakfast was good not a lot of hot variety but for a breakfast included it was great. Staff were amazing, all super friendly and welcoming. Hot tub was not working which was a bummer after a very long day of driving. Beds were comfy and rooms were a great size. The blackout curtains let in a lot of light and there is no water pressure in the shower. Those were definitely disappointing. Other than a few things I would say this is a decent hotel and would stay here again. Parking lot needs to be redone huge potholes"

"The recent interior remodelling provides a modern refresh of this 130 year old building. I was told that every room in the hotel is one of a kind! The staff was very friendly and attentive. A small maintenance issue was immediately taken care of. Highly recommended!"
