Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. "Hotel main areas looked great, I felt the rooms didn't really match the decor and style. Our room was quite small and didn't have air con, we came end of June and it was hot were surprised they didn't have this although my fault for not checking before booking. No fans available either so slept with balcony doors open every night. There was used ashtray left on our balcony arrived, we don't smoke so would have appreciated this being cleaned before we arrived and the shampoo/wash bottles in the shower were empty and didn't get filled during our stay. Small issues but worth mentioning. The hotel is in a good location but would need a car to get around. Breakfast was nice and use of the nearby spa was great although only open in afternoon/evening."
