"The facilities were beautiful and the reception when I arrived was beyond expectation. The service everywhere in the resort was fantastic and the Elizabeth at the spa was wonderful. When I scheduled a massage, they recommended their best masseuse, Ksenia. She was an expert and I was so relaxed when she finished. I also enjoyed a pedicure from Tiana, who did a great job. The service at the restaurants was impeccable. I was there in July and my husband and I are thinking of another trip in August."

"The lobby staff were fine. The rooms are a bit old but clean, and there are pools everywhere—it's suitable for families. I had an unpleasant experience where my glasses were stolen; the hotel couldn't really do anything about it, which was a real bummer since there were no cameras in the area. The rest was fine."

The views were amazing, the pool was great. The bedrooms were very roomy and there was plenty of bathrooms to go around. The kitchen was well equipped and coupled with the BBQ was easily able to cater for the eight adults in our group.
