"Great location within walking distance of the pier, and shopping and restaurants. Our room was immaculate, as well as all hotel areas. The two pools were very nice, one has a pool bar which we appreciated. Best of all was the staff. I accidentally forgot my medication, and was already two states away when "

"Pros: Tasha at the front desk was so friendly, helpful, and patient with all of our questions, she got our trip off to a good start. The pool was nice. The room was clean. The area was quiet and felt safe. Housekeeping was friendly and fast with bringing us extra blankets and pillows. Cons: the lock on the bathroom door was broken. There was no way to make hot water in the room for us tea drinkers. It was nice that they always kept the lobby stocked with coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, it would be nice to be able to make tea in the room. The breakfast was not great. The scrambled eggs were too salty, and the boiled eggs felt like rubber. The waffles were pretty good though. Overall, this hotel was a good deal for the low price."

"Great stay. My room was not ready right at check-in however it was okay because I had another room on the reservation to go into. It worked out fine but if the check in is at 3 the room should be ready."

"Late check in for us, but the staff was so great and helpful! Thankful for the accommodating staff in the restaurant up until 10 and we enjoyed relaxing around the beautiful pool area. So convenient to the cruise line terminals and was offered parking for the entire trip. "
