6.8/10 (2,123 reviews)
The only saving grace of this hotel is its close proximity to New York time square. The lobby furniture needs replacing. The room we were in the curtain was in real bad shape. There was no writing desk in the room. We had to request bath towels. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Price does not match the poor quality of the hotel,

I always stay here in New York. I’ve stayed a few other places and the Sonesta is where I come back to if I can.

This is really bad experience at middle of the night. We had to go to the other hotel in a hard time. ..."

8.4/10 Very good! (1,885 reviews)
"For the price of the room this hotel was a disappointment. Our door didn't completely close and had gaps large enough to see light through, the bathroom light was coming out of the ceiling, the pool was freezing, the microwave in room was filthy and the breakfast was disgusting!"
