"Very attentive staff and great amenities. The front desk was very kind and helpful with my husband in his wheelchair, and for us bottled water for the room. The concierge got us another room robe within minutes of requesting it. We both enjoyed the hot tub, it is nice and hot! My husband loved the pillows and bedding so much I had to check his suitcase for a pillow before we left. Very clean and extra comfy! And the food options in house are great. This was our first time staying here and we'll be back! "

"This was my first stay at this Hyatt and the staff went above and beyond. We were in Boston for my father's funeral and the Hyatt set my husband and I, and our son, up in the nicest room (corner room, lots of light which was much needed for this particular stay). The restaurant/bar service was excellent and the proximity to nearby restaurants, Boston Commons, etc. were perfect."
