"We stayed for two days in this lovely place Sand in Taufers. Its pretty small place, just some bars and restaurants are available but you're so close to the mountains so it was perfect for our hiking trip. The hotel itself looks on the webpage pretty cool and totally new. We booked a superior suite (€ 460 for two nights) and honestly we were more than disappointed regarding the room. "Accoglienza calorosa da parte dello staff, ci hanno dato una camera con letti per persone alte, io sono due metri, accorgimento molto apprezzato! Siamo andati subito in spa dopo una giornata di sci, SPA molto piacevole e calda, peccato per l’idromassaggio che era guasto. La cena in mezza pensione è stata di nostro gradimento, antipasto e dolce a buffet. Camere molto spaziose, pulite e molto calde (forse troppo). Ci tornerei."

"Die Zimmer sind tadellos, auch der Zimmerservice. Der Poolbereich und der Spabereich sind klasse.Der Service bei den Mahlzeiten ist verbesserungswürdig. Das Frühstück wird offiziell bis 11.00Uhr angegeben. Kommt man um 10.00Uhr ist das Frühstück beinahe komplett abgeräumt und der Service empfängt einen mit hochgezogenen Augenbrauen. Abends dann ist Abendessen bis 20.45Uhr angezeigt.. Der Käse zum Nachtisch war jedoch um 20.30Uhr schon abgeräumt, es gab trotz Nachfrage auch keinen mehr."

"Excellent location! Very quiet, friendly and hospitable staff. Breakfast was very good. The sauna area which could be booked and used without other guests was also a plus point. Shame that the restaurant wasn't opened the two days we were there. "

"Great stay! They really went out of their way to take care of guests. Really enjoyed the pool after a long day of hiking. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and a huge breakfast spread. Highly recommend and would stay there again! "
