This fabulous property features 2 bedrooms, including a cozy queen bed and a comfortable queen coil spring futon, 2 full bathrooms , a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, with a grill on the deck! Guests can unwind in style!! Enjoying all of the pleasant amenities of home! There is a small creek along the back of the property with a fire pit and seating. With 3 other cozy outdoor living areas! Conveniently located to a pay lake! Covered parking available.
Down town Spencer is just a short drive, with several local destinations, such as Main Street Coffee, Civilian Brewery, Hiking at McCormick's creek State park or Greens Bluff nature Preserve, Finish your day with a glass of wine and a dessert at Owen Valley Winery! We look forward to hosting you at our retreat home! One exterior security camera is located on the barn for your safety. We loved our stay at this house. The house itself was extremely clean and comfortable and a great place to relax. There is a nice fire pit area by a running creek which adds a great ambience. 5 mins away is food/ groceries. The owner did a great job in proactively reaching out with instructions and would quickly answer any question we had. We would definitely stay here again when we come to Spencer/ Bloomington.
