"Hotel was close to my parents, convenient to the highway, clean, and had breakfast everyday. It has an indoor pool, we saw lots of families swimming. Pillows were rock hard, but that is a personal preference"

"I was pretty pleased when I walked into my room on the 5th floor. Then I realized that they were doing construction just down the hall. OK - they were supposed to stop at 6, so I was ok. BUT (and this is a BIG BUT) - there was a slight breeze and the window started to hum loudly - ALL NIGHT LONG! I asked the clerk about it the next morning and she said "Oh ya - that happens on the 5th and 6th floors. I don't know what it is, but it happens." I asked why they would put a person in those rooms, and she said "I don't know. They just do." I was furious, and won't be staying there again. $200 for a lousy night."

"Room was clean, bed was comfy, loved the closet space. Our 2 bedroom/1 bath suite was perfect for us to stay for 4 nights. Breakfast was typical continental. The only problems we had was that all 3 TV’s had lines and we could not watch them, and our AC would not cool any lower than 75, even though it was set on 70."

"So this is a very quiet cute retreat that is snuggled in a small mountain town. A few good choices for food, and there is a bar called Little Bear Saloon. Great food, live music and just a great environment. The only issue is there was no one there to check in with, or speak to about anything. The main office was always closed. Other then that nice spot"

"Only one person on staff, had to wait a while for them to come to the front desk. If it was just that it wouldn’t be a big deal, but the rooms were terrible as far as noise from outside in the hallway. Could hear everything. Needed an ada shower and ended up with a 1st floor room next to the ice machine. 5-6am Early morning half the hotel was using that thing and we could hear it all. Our fault for sticking with a 1st floor room but I don’t know how anyone could sleep comfortably unless they were already planning on waking up at 5am. For the price it was not worth it."
