"Great location - walking distance to a lot of the sites and restaurants, the staff is incredibly helpful especially the front desk. I did not care for the room service. They just added a Gym, not aware of the spa services. Rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. I only wish they had water to provide in the gym and or a communal area at the front desk. It was extremely hot and we had to keep buying water. All in all great day! Only 20 minutes away from the beach by bus or cab."

"For the price you pay it’s a steal. Host is extremely helpful and always gets back to questions/messages very quickly. Had a slight issue with online check in but again, the host was able to sort it for us and also sent clear step by step instructions on how to access the property and pick up/drop off the keys. Roughly a 10 minute walk into the centre too so very accessible."

"Staff very accomodating and helpful - was able to check-in in the morning upon arrival rather than wait. Only negatives is that the room has not enough lighting and was a bit dark. I found the shower to be a little tight too."

"Lovely place to stay and great location! The room had everything we needed, and the host was amazing with great recommendations. Easy access to two beautiful beaches and easy public transport to the city centre if you decide against hiring a car. A supermarket with everything you need is a five-minute walk from the guesthouse. If we ever return to Cagliari, we would stay here again without hesitation."
