"Loved the property itself so much! However, the location isn’t ideal if you aren’t renting a car. Getting taxis to and from minori/maiori/Amalfi was the biggest headache ever. Also, the phone number listed through Expedia isn’t updated. We weren’t able to get into our room when we first arrived because we had no way of contacting the property to get inside. "Get the sea view room. That’s why you’re there. Reasonably priced for right on the water. The higher up the room, the further away from the road noise. A quick walk to the town, but after a weeks stay we started to call for the shuttle. Very easy to do. The lagoon next door is a beautiful spot. Maiori is were it’s at because it’s sleepy compared to Almalfie, Positano, Sorrento. Catch the ferry from town to go visit. You must be a good driver to dare the coastal drive. Know how to communicate with your car, horn, and eyes. Be passive and aggressive at the same time. Or rent a Vespa."

"We had an excellent week at Due Relais. We stayed in the 'Panoramic Room, Queen Bed, Balcony, Sea View'. The hotel was everything we needed and more. Immaculately clean, stunning balcony views, minibar drinks and snacks included, a small kitchen, and a lovely breakfast every morning (a nice cappuccino too!) The staff and the manager, Illaria, are so welcoming and really make you feel at home. Illaria also helped us with recommendations of the local area and helped us with planning days out. They all went above and beyond during our stay, nothing is too much hassle. There are a fair few steps up to the hotel via the private path, but they are worth it and provide easy access down to the marina/ beach. You also get sunbeds on the beach included. As for Vietri Sul Mare itself, it's a lovely traditional and authentic place to stay, full of locals, quaint but with plenty of atmosphere and amenities in both the main town and the marina. Lots of choice for restaurants, gelato, bars, etc. The marina also provides a great base to explore the Amalfi coast. Cannot recommend this hotel or location enough!"

"My daughter and I stayed for 7 days and everything about our stay was wonderful! The tent was clean, spacious and comfortable. Our living area was absolutely beautiful from the hammock to the chairs looking over the sea to the lemons above our heads! The outdoor shower was fabulous on warm evenings! Jeri and Antonio were absolutely the best, they made us lovely breakfasts and dinner was fresh from the garden and off the charts delicious- and to eat under the lemon trees overlooking the sea, it was like a dream! They were great to chat with, we loved getting to know them. Bonaventura was so helpful, from helping us rent a scooter to telling us about the pictures from WW2 in his church! We loved being able to jump into the sea and swim to the beach! We would stay over and over again, it was the best way to experience Italy!"
