"Great location of the hotel if you are looking for views nature peace and tranquility. The hotle is quite dated through. Old furniture smells so you can not really put your clothing in. Ants in the room. We had to ask for another towel as there wasnt enough in the room and only very little toilet paper no showe gel in the room. But we do get a welcome drink which was a nice suprise"

"Ich habe schon Sehnsucht nach dieser Aussicht!Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit mit einem sehr schönen Blick aufs Meer. Ich vermisse es jetzt schon! Die Wohnung war Top und die Besitzerin eine sehr liebe und freundliche Frau. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen."

"This was our favorite hotel in Sardinia. It is such a unique beautiful landscape around the property. The road to the hotel is about 45 mins on a dirt road which was both shocking and sooo cool. The restaurant was lovely. The pool area was gorgeous and always had seats open in June. Truly a magical place."

"The property was clean and as advertised. High up on the hill above Buggerru, with fabulous views of the sea from two decks, and out the windows of the living room. There is air conditioning, which was helpful at night for sleeping, but during the days we usually had the AC turned off and the windows open because there was a nice breeze up on the hill even during the hot days in June. It is about a 10 minute walk down into the town center, and about a 15 minute slog back up the hill, though the walk is kind of fun because of the various trails and staircases through the town. It is also easy to park in town and near the property, so we drove down a couple of times to eat or pick things up, which worked well. Jessica is very helpful, responsive, clear and communicative. She was there to meet my friend (who arrived first) for check-in and to go over various matters. Our only minor issue is there could be more staples provided (e.g., soap, spices and condiments), but all in all everything was great!"

"Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Ferienhaus - es liegt sehr schön und der Blick aufs Meer von der Terrasse aus ist super. Alles ist sauber, wenn auch vielleicht etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das hat uns nicht gestört, denn die Möbel sind schöne, alte, stabile italienische Holzmöbel, das Bad wirkt renoviert, alles funktioniert gut (man muss allerdings das Klopapier in den Mülleimer werfen statt ins Klo, aber das ist ja in vielen südlichen Ländern so). Das einzige, was nicht so toll ist, ist die Küche. Sie ist wirklich sehr klein und stammt vermutlich noch original aus den 80ern. Es gibt zwei gute Töpfe und eine brauchbare Pfanne, die anderen (ca 8) Töpfe und vor allem Pfannen sind so dünn, dass man sie nicht wirklich benutzen kann, sie verstopfen nur die Schränke. Auch einen Toaster hätten wir sehr praktisch gefunden, es gibt nur einen Sandwichmaker. Aber das sind alles Kleinigkeiten, der Strand und die Gegend sind toll, Check-in und Kommunikation waren einfach und unkompliziert!"

"Wir (3 Paare) haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht!Den grandiose Ausblick mit der unfassbaren Ruhe vermissen wir jetzt schon!Das Haus hält alles, was die Bilder versprechen. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl, es ist alles da, was man braucht!Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, der Pool ist herrlich groß und man ist schnell zu Fuß am Meer. Pistis hat einen sehr schönen Sandstrand, sehr empfehlenswert ist der "weiße" Strand in Mari Ermi bei Oristano, das Städtchen ist auch einen Abstecher wert, ebenso Iglesias und Cagliari. Die Kommunikation mit Davide funktionierte reibungslos, danke nochmal für den netten Empfang!Wir können das Haus wärmstens empfehlen und können es hoffentlich irgendwann noch einmal genießen!Tanti cari saluti a Davide, Massimo e Giovanni!"

"Es handelt sich um eine sehr schöne, liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienunterkunft. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und man wohnt wie in einem kleinen Museum.Obwohl sich unsere Ankunft um mehr als eine Stunde verzögert hat, wurden wir von den Gastgebern sehr freundlich mit Gebäck und Wein empfangen.Für einen ruhigen Urlaub bestens geeignet."
