"Very nice location, great view from our enormous balcony, just fantastic. Access was a bit difficult as Google Maps didn't exactly take us to the right spot. Communication with the host was delayed but thankfully a neighbour nearby helped us out. A hint to all hosts, make communications a high priority. Guests and travellers do not know there way around and they need all the help they can get. We would stay there again."

"Location is very close to the beach. Room is a bit outdated but was clean. No free water but it was fine - there’s a grocery close by. My room faced the Main Street so it can be quite loud at night. Perhaps I should have asked for a quieter room."

"If you’re going to Pescara, this is the place to stay! Beautiful, clean, modern apartment with a prime location and gorgeous building and private tree grove. We stayed with our two young kids and the walk to the beach was a breeze, as was everything else. The rooms are well-appointed and modern; no weird old building “quirks” here. And communicating with our hosts was easy and pleasant; they even brought us a surprise platter of croissants one morning! We wished we had more time in Pescara, in large part because the apartment was so fabulous. Sipping prosecco on the balcony while our kids enjoyed the private forest after a fun day at the beach? Literally the stuff of dreams. Book it! You won’t regret it. "
