Room was always clean and spacious. Cleaners excellent as well as all staff, (reception and restaurant) all friendly. Food was good at breakfast and quick service. Really enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mossa. It felt like home away from home and was exactly what we needed for a holiday. It's a 5 min walk to the beach, breakfast was generous with lots of options and warm service. Arrival was smooth - we were late and arrived after midnight, but the hotel was looking out for us. We loved Christos' dance class, and had the joy of joining their wonderful dance event on Monday. We hired bikes to explore Chania and enjoyed a day trip to Samaria Gorge organised by the hotel. We also had amazing restaurant recommendations from the hotel, couldn't be happier. Thank you for our stay and we’d love to come back another time.

"The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff will go above and beyond to help you. There were times where the kids overtook the pool, which without having kids, didn't make for the most relaxing time. Still a great stay. Breakfast was absolutely delicious!"
