"We had an amazing family vacation at Tunnel Mountain Resort and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Banff. The location is absolutely beautiful — peaceful, surrounded by nature, and with stunning mountain views in every direction. It felt like the perfect mix of quiet getaway and easy access to town. We loved being close enough to downtown Banff for quick trips, but far enough to truly relax and unwind. Our suite was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a family stay. Having a full kitchen made things so convenient, especially for breakfasts and family dinners. The beds were cozy, and the whole place felt warm and welcoming. The staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind from check-in to check-out. You can tell they care about their guests’ experience. Especially Lily and Rita . The kids loved the pool, and we appreciated the overall relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. It truly felt like a home away from home. We made incredible memories here and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend for families looking for comfort, views, and that true Banff mountain experience!"
