"Nice room"

"Stayed there with my family just for one night. The room was clean , plenty fresh towels, and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was included and it was better than many free complimentary breakfast at other hotels I’ve had. Definitely stay there again. Thanks "

"They don’t clean the room they’re disrespectful"

"Have been traveling and stayed on hotels on business for 35 years, this hotel should be shutdown for inspection The white flat sheets are ok but the blanket inside are ripped that looked like crumbled cookies on top of the fitted sheets. The pillows are half of the standard size like a throw pillows. When I asked for regular size pillows, the pillow covers are stained, pillow cases are crumpled. There’s kitchen but no pots and pans, utensils etc.unhooked telephone and one chair provided on a 4 capacity room. Two bulbs are out. Towels looks like a rug for cleaning cars. We just used the towels to wipe the counters. Terrible hotel to be in your list. "

"Had an amazing stay. The room was very clean, and the TV had all the apps—a big plus for us. The pool was wonderful: large, heated, and with lots of seating. It’s also a great location for Disney. One minor detail—I would have liked to have a microwave in the room, as we often need to reheat pizza and other food. One more serious complaint: we paid extra for a patio, but on the last night we had a chain-smoking neighbor. The place is supposed to be smoke-free. I asked three times for something to be done about it, but no luck. If it hadn’t been our last night, I would have been more insistent. Very disappointed with the staff’s response. But overall, it was still a great experience and might become our regular base for Disney visits."

"Perfect location. Plenty of shops in walking distance. As well as being walking distance to Knotts Berry Farm Park."

"Mediocre continental breakfast, but aren’t they all? The room was top notch. Linen and towels seemed brand new. They should think about replacing the carpets in the hallways upstairs. The staff was exceptional, everyone. Parking is free and plentiful. "
