About this property

Luxury Apartment in the heart of Diocletian’s Palace with large private terrace.

Luxury first floor apartment nestled in the heart of the ancient Roman Diocletian's palace. The apartment has 2/3 generously proportioned double bedrooms, large living and dining area, 3 spacious bathrooms and a large private terrace. Please note that the third bedroom doubles up as the sitting room and the bed is a sofa bed. The apartment offers all conveniences including, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, cable. TV with English movie channel, good Wi Fi connection, BBQ facilities and mounted hairdriers in each bathroom. We also have international power and usb sockets in each bedroom, as well as the dining room. Babysitting facilities and welcome packs can be arranged on request. Diocletian’s Palace is a pedestrianised zone, which means that car parking is a short walk away. There is a choice between paid and free parking, although free parking is slightly further away.The property can be reached by taxi or coach from Split airport which takes about 30 mins or why not allow us to arrange a private pick up from the airport for the same price as a taxi - we use Gecko tours, an excellent local tour operator who also offers a discount on many local tours (bespoke or advertised) for Prisca guests.

NB. Please note - this apartment is for a maximum of 6 people and unauthorised accommodation of any further guests will risk further charges.

This is an excellent property. It is spotlessly clean and has all that you need. The outdoor terrace was a wonderful place to sit and relax, away from the busy streets below. Baldo and Nickolina were brilliant - helpful with information and close by if needed.

We had a fabulous stay at the apartment! We used the living room area as a third bedroom and had plenty of room using the lovely outdoor balcony. The location is superb in old town Split with easy accessiblity to the ferries and attractions. Location inside the old city is amazing. Property managers Baldo and Nikolina contacted us ahead of visit and we arranged to have Baldo pick up each couple at the airport. They were SO helpful, nice and responsive. Great restaurant recommendations. In fact Baldo arranged a tour of Krka national park and Sibonik when our boat trip was cancelled due to wind. Can’t thank them enough. Also, property is clean, spacious and safe. Great rental.

Family Time in Split

We enjoyed our stay in the “palace” in Split! Loved the location! Loved the history. And Baldo was excellent as a host! He shared knowledge of the area, history, places to visit and great restaurants too! We also loved the little coffee shop across from the entrance to our place. Highly recommend this place! It’s perfect for our family of 6 adults.

We had an amazing trip. Baldo is the best host there is. Lives right next door and catered to every need. The apartment was spacious, 3 bathrooms and great hot water and pressure. Great location and great little coffee shop right nnext door.

Spectacular Stay in Split

We were in Croatia for our daughter's college graduation trip and found this gorgeous apartment within the old city walls. Baldo was a great host! He picked us up from the airport and gave us a bit of history on our drive to the apartment. The apartment itself was super clean and well decorated. It is located in a fantastic part of town and right across from the best coffee shop in the area. The location was super convenient to everything we wanted to do in Split. I highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again!

Very nice apartment in the hotspot of Split

This is a spacious and nicely decorated apartment in the best part of Split. A renovated old building. Very good for a family with grown kids. The hosts are Nikolina and Bardo which is the best couple as host that we have ever meet. Good and often communication before and during arrival and stay - very responsive. Nikolina gave us good advice for small local restaurants with very fine food - and advice for view-points. Give Nikolina and Baldo a tip, they deserve it. The apartment was very clean.

Fantastic stay in Split. Communication with property manager was excellent, especially check in, with a brief history lesson. Beds and bedding were only OK, but the space an location makes up for it. I would definitely return and recommend.

Perfect Apartment in Split

We had such a wonderful time in Split. The apartment was perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable, we enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and the washer allowed us to move on to our next destination with all our clothes clean. Baldo, our host picked us up at the airport and dropped us off when we left. He a delivery fitful host. He told us about the history of Split and helped with anything we needed. The apartment is fabulous. Large with two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. It’s large and well equipped. We loved the terrace where we ate and relaxed I highly recommend this city, apartment and Baldo our host. We would definitely return.

Great flat w Amazing On-site Manager

The flat was great in so many ways -- great communication w/ the host, big bedrooms w/ 3 full bathrooms, A/C in each room, Cable TV, central location, outdoor space, very clean and tidy. But the big plus was Baldo, the manager, who lives nextdoor. He was so helpful and had lots of information and insider tips -- he really made our stay memorable.

Comfy digs in the Diocletian Palace

We loved this place. The location is brilliant, right within the walls of the Diocletian Palace. It’s well maintained. The outdoor patio is a big plus. Two comfortable bedrooms and a pullout couch for two more. Great efficiency kitchen and a big dining table for meals. And three bathrooms with showers in each. The owners are great and very knowledgeable about the area. There is a magic to the neighborhood.
