It's located on the fifth floor of the building with no elevator.

Price for one night stay is +30%

For two or more nights stay standard price applies.

Arrivals after 23:00 are surcharged 15 EUR.

Smoking is not allowed inside, but you can smoke on the balcony.

Pets are also not allowed, sorry.

We expect normal house behavior - please watch out not to break anything, leave the apartment tidy as you found it and don't make noise to other people in the house.

Also please don't forget to enjoy your stay here!

Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.


**** Guest access:

You will have exclusive access to the apartment and its balcony.

Free street parking is available in front of the building or 1-3 minutes walking from the apartment.

There are no shared areas in or around the building.

This apartment is just 12 minutes walk to the closest beach.

Famous Znjan beach, one of the most popular beaches in Split is 20 min walking from the apartment.

It's ideal for both families and young people area has lots of restaurants and beach bars.

It takes about 5 min of public transport ride to the center.
