    This exclusive designer holiday villa is situated in a quiet residential area of Dracevac near the blue Adriatic, a little outside of the Mediterranean metropolis of Split on the sunny Dalmatian coast.Brand new (built in 2014) luxury holiday villa with a private pool, an outdoor shower, a traditional stone grill on the generous sunny terrace and a football field in the enclosed garden planted with olive and fruit trees.

    The 1500m² outdoor area is surrounded by a hand-built stone wall, which enhances the Mediterranean flair of the garden planted with olive and fruit trees. There is a private pool (4 x 8 m) surrounded by sun loungers, with a metal ladder to facilitate entry. There is also a convenient outdoor shower. All ages will enjoy the table tennis table next to the pool, the little football ground behind it and the bowling alley. The traditional stone grill on the covered terrace with lounge furniture, a dining table and chairs invites you to enjoy leisurely meals outdoors. A car is recommended during your stay. There are four secure parking spaces on the enclosed site.

    The villa was newly built in 2014 in an elegant, geometrical cube style and provides modern amenities for a comfortable stay, including under-floor heating and air conditioning in all rooms. The living space of 85m² comprises a living and dining room flooded with daylight and an integrated, open kitchen, two bedrooms and a very modern daylight bathroom. The living room is surrounded on all sides by large glass sliding doors and is therefore blessed with light. It provides a comfortable sofa and a matching recamiere, a trendy coffee table made of a solid stone top, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with cable and satellite channels, a DVD and CD player, a stereo system, a games console and a wooden dining table with six chairs. An elegant breakfast bar separates the dining space from the white and glossy built-in kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, a ceramic hob with induction and a cooker hood, an oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm and 140 x 200cm). The sofa in the living room and the separate recamiere can be converted into additional beds for two further people. The tastefully designer, black and beige tiled bathroom is fitted with a bath and a walk-in shower cubicle, an oval washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a large wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. A cot and a washing machine are available. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection in the villa can be used free of charge.

    Your luxury holiday villa is only around 1.5km from the sea and the nearest beach. It is 4km to the popular Bacvice municipal beach with water sports (surfing, jetskiing, paragliding etc.). It is about 4km to the historical old town of the Mediterranean metropolis Split and the famous Diocletian Palace.

    The owner lives nearby and is happy to assist with any queries. He can also book guided tours through Split and the surroundings and arrange a rental boat, a private 24-hour chauffeur service, a fitness trainer or a yoga instructor.
