"Great location, excellent breakfast buffet and delicious dishes at rooftop bar with beautiful sights"

"Stayed for 2 nights at Hotel Adriana in Split (May 2026) The Good: Great location on the Riva but… The Bad: 1) Condition of the room was bad (black mold in the shower, shower drain barely worked, toilet flush mechanism stopped working on day 2; AC barely cooled room down and sleeping the first night was HOT and uncomfortable 2) Many (not all) of the staff members were rude and unhelpful and did not seem to care about issues presented to them 3) Food was decent (breakfast was very bland and not worth the time); dinner was ok/good. Worst part: others in our group had WORSE experiences to ours and made formal complaints to the hotel management (who refused to meet with them) and filed formal complaints with the government. Find a similar location and stay elsewhere."

"Property was a bit hard to find. Yea it’s in a popular building, however the entire building is under construction. The building is actively being worked and covered when arrived i wasn’t informed where or how to access the entry since the hotel was in the 3rd floor. I had to call to get those details. The room had a carpet that didn’t look well kept but was still clean. It was very spacious and clean bathroom with an amazing location. Oh and you can hear the construction in the early mornings."
