This do called charming duplex was far from charming. I have taken pictures to document the conditions we found. We were not able to stay and had to rent two hotel rooms for our three night stay in Falmouth. "I found the place charming. The room was clean and quiet. We were close to the Main Street. Since we were only staying a few days we did need our sheets changed but it would have helpful if the maid came in and emptied out trash and make sure that we had enough toilet paper. My husband emptied the trash several times and went to the office for toilet paper. The step down to the fridge and table was dangerous. We were warned to be careful, but for the older tourists, like us, it could have been very dangerous."

"We had a family reunion and 75 Locust Street was the central hub of the four night stay. The house is beautiful, clean and we had family from all over stay there. We'd go back in a heartbeat. Easy access to downtown and the hosts were communicative and informative."
