Very nice. I loved the bed, it was so comfortable. I will keep this place in mind next time I go to Spokane. I liked that there was covered parking near by and a small (vegan) grocery store only one block away. I was in Spokane to attend an event at the First Interstate Center for the Arts, less than a five minute walk away. Had a very nice stay.

Spent 3 nights in the apartment. Super clean. The pictures perfectly represent the unit. No carpet earns extra credit! I wanted to eat normal/healthy so I used the kitchen every day. Appliances were spotless. The cleaning crew does an excellent job. It felt like we were the first ones in the place. The mini splits keep it cool on smoldering days. Jake responds so quickly, it’s refreshing! Parking: Easy. We were in and out frequently so we parked right in front using the meters. Just select the time, confirm selection, slide in card. Maybe 10 a day. Worth it. If we were staying inside longer I’d have used a parking garage. The price is competitive with nicer hotels, with a bonus of much more space; one bedroom, full kitchen, and supporting a small business is always better. Wait…. There are spices and oil so you don’t have to bring any (like I did) plus a Toaster, all ways to make coffee or tea. Just buy groceries.

Really nice apartment located downtown. Had a few hiccups with TV (which they replaced), tub drain issue (taken care of) and had to reset AC to come on. I was very happy with the quick response and things happen so I wasn’t upset. The bedroom rug could use a good cleaning. But the last night the wall AC units had knocking in the wall every 5 minutes or so. I ended up turning them off altho it was warm just so I could try and sleep. I texted Jordan letting him know but never heard back. That was the most annoying issue. Otherwise, liked the unit.
