"This location was perfect for Gonzaga grad week. The apartment was a great size, well equipped, clean and quiet. Barely heard neighbors, beds were comfortable and AC was a great addition. "Every footstep of the upstairs neighbors could be heard. Gratefully, they were considerate. The parking for #A is awkward and dangerously tight when another car parks in front of the entrances. The neighborhood itself was not noisy, pleasant and convenient for visiting a relative in the hospital. The pull out bed would benefit from having a mattress pad and its own pillow."
