Great stay in beautiful apartment!

We had a great 3 night stay in this lovely apartment. Everything was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. The building was quiet, safe, and clean and the secure parking was appreciated. The location was convenient and we found plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again for future visits.

Great Central Spokane Location

This place was a pleasant surprise. Clean, great location, free easy parking. Walking distance to restaurants and even Riverfront Park. Good Comm with host.

Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
The host cleverly omitted from the listing that the property is right next to the railway track, where a train crosses almost every 10 mins and most of the times it's 2 trains at one time, which makes it very noisy. It is next to the master bedroom. We stayed for 5 nights and couldn't even sleep properly for 1 night. Very bad experience. The bedframe in the master bedroom is wobly and not stable, so if one person turns, the bed moves disturbing the other person's sleep. The parking lot is open and not covered The property itself is good, clean but omitting this valuable info about the train tracks from the listing, speaks volume about the host itself and was very upsetting.

Kaylene was an exceptional host for our eight night stay. She was always quickly responsive to questions or needs we had, ready to help and accommodate us where she could. The unit we stayed in was also exceptional. Very clean, handsomely and thoughtfully decorated, complete with everything we would need during our week stay. Beds were very comfortable. The downtown Spokane setting was very nice, and close to great places to eat and gather with friends and family. The building was very secure as was the parking. I highly recommend Kaylene as a host and this property has a great place to stay.
